Apparel retailer MyWmtGear holds a special place in Shopgate's heart, due to the innovation it has accomplished in finding a retail niche and truly excelling in it.
Since 1993, MyWmtGear has designed and sold Walmart-branded apparel to employees of the American megaretailer. While you may picture Walmart cashiers in polos or vests, MyWmtGear greatly increases the options these employees have for high-quality and comfortable work clothes. They've branched out to meet every need of Walmart employees, from thick coats made for warehouse and garden workers, to aprons and visors for deli and bakery workers.
MyWmtGear's success really took off in the dawn of eCommerce, and they made it a point to "keep up with the times." This included building a mobile app with Shopgate and making it truly remarkable with our tools like AdScanner and push notifications.
The results have been nothing less than super. This summer, MyWmtGear reached a major milestone: $1,000,000 in app revenue. This is especially impressive when you learn that the Shopgate relationship began in September 2017.
